Beginning his career as a firefighter in 1996, James developed a passion for financial planning through his involvement with his pension plan. Transitioning into a financial advisor, he focuses on serving first responders such as firefighters and police officers in Florida, leveraging his expertise in defined benefit plans to offer experienced guidance.
As a retired Battalion Chief with the Miramar Fire Department and Trustee on the pension fund for Miramar Firefighters, James remains deeply committed to his community. In 2010, he co-founded an independent firm, prioritizing conflict-free advice and client trust.
